One day can change your whole life when it comes to Wellness. On June 8th, 2019 the world celebrates Global Wellness Day to honour the most precious thing anyone can have: physical and mental health.
As an entirely non-profit social project, the purpose of this day is to ask “How can I live a healthier, better life?” and to motivate individuals and society to feel free from stress and poor lifestyle habits.
Global Wellness Day will be celebrated this year in more than 180 countries and at 5,000 different locations. The Marbella Club is one of them.
On June 8th, our Wellness team invites you to join in for a complimentary 30 minutes of Salute the Sun, a mindfulness-focused yoga class on the hotel’s legendary pier, where you’ll be able to clear your mind just over the lapping waves of the Mediterranean Sea.
Afterwards, enjoy a delicious fresh-pressed juice created by our Naturopathic Nutritionist, Paloma.
Later in the evening, have a go at one of the most adventurous yet surprisingly efficient stretching activities, Aerial Yoga. Set among towering pine trees and chirping birds, the lessons take place on our outdoor deck located just at the entrance to the Holistic Studio.
